Rural Community Assessments: Building Coalitions for SUD Care

As rural communities continue to be heavily impacted by the opioid epidemic, it has become imperative that providers begin to build coalitions within their communities with a variety of stakeholders. One of the key tools of beginning the process of building coalitions is the use of community assessments. This webinar will provide an opportunity to learn what community assessments entail, including the identification of non-traditional stakeholders and potential resources within the community that can be utilized to provide support and care to clients and their families as they navigate the multitude of challenges related to both substance use and mental health in their communities.
